Which charges qualify

You may request a full refund for any Creator subscription charge within 14 calendar days of the transaction time shown on the Polar receipt. This includes the first charge and later renewal charges.

You do not need to explain why or meet a usage threshold. Studio cannot be purchased, so this policy does not describe a Studio purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address connected to the Thumbnail AB Test account. Include the Polar order or invoice ID and the charge date. A reason is optional.

Keep sensitive payment details out of email. We use the order or invoice ID to match the charge in Polar.

Email a Creator refund request

What happens after an eligible request

The full charge is returned through Polar to the original payment method. Polar and your bank control when the credit appears.

The Creator subscription is revoked at the same time because a Polar refund alone does not end a subscription. Paid access ends, while your account returns to Free. Your account, cloud reports, and device history are not deleted by a refund.

Cancellation, refund, and account deletion

Canceling in the Polar customer portal stops a future renewal at the end of the current paid period. It does not submit a refund request for the current charge.

A refund returns one eligible charge and ends the Creator subscription immediately. Permanently deleting your Thumbnail AB Test account also cancels a linked subscription, but it does not automatically request or create a refund.

If you want a refund and account deletion, send the refund request first so the transaction can be matched before Polar billing details are anonymized. This order does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Requests outside the 14-day window

The voluntary refund promise ends after 14 calendar days. Contact us about a duplicate or incorrect charge, a service that did not match its description, or another billing problem even if that window has passed.

This policy adds a voluntary refund option. It does not limit cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Plan availability

Creator is the paid plan at $9 per month. Studio remains product research and cannot be purchased.

Saving plan interest never creates a charge or subscription. A Creator subscription starts only after you complete Polar checkout.
